David is a security and investigations expert and 4x entrepreneur who believes in relationships over transactions and abundancy over scarcity. His 25 years of professional experience has spanned six continents, and his expertise is sought after by multinational corporations, high-net-worth family offices, and senior executives from business, NGOs, and the U.S. government. His companies have achieved Inc. 5000 (2x), Entrepreneur360™, and "Best Security Solution" by both Private Asset Management (2x) and Family Wealth Report. He holds a BA from Duke University.

CL Chris Lapetina
As the 4thGen Chief Growth Officer, Chris directs client engagement, developing strategies for intellectual property and brand protection, reputation resiliency, and employee safety, welfare, and retention.

Following his service as a US Marine, Chris led business operations, brand building, and reputation protection services for over three decades, including advising some of the most important American politicians through the creation and implementation of election and media strategies. Chris is active in the Veteran and SDVOSB communities. He holds a BA from Iona University.

CL Charlene Leubecker
As 4thGen’s lead SME, Charlene leverages her deep experience and expertise from her intelligence community career, executive leader, security professional, and cyber security expert.

As a career security professional in the US Intelligence Community (IC) for over thirty years, Charlene led and organized robust integrated security programs -- encompassing all aspects of security from personnel to cybersecurity to technical countermeasures. Leveraging her security expertise to include authoring insider threat safeguards endorsed at the highest levels of national security, Charlene now assists organizations in assessing and countering security risks. She advises senior officials on achieving a sustainable integrated security program tailored to their business needs and works with the IC on adopting innovative security solutions. She was included in Washington D.C.’s ‘Top 50 Women in Technology’ in 2015, was awarded the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal in 2021, and became an Oklahoma State University Distinguished Alum in 2021. She holds BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.

NB Nita Batta
As a 4thGen’s Human Behavior SME, Nita strengthens the firm’s ‘whole person/whole threat’ insider risk management methodology by leading the incorporation of predictive behavior concepts and models into our seminars, vulnerability assessments, and program design.

Nita has experience as a psychotherapist and professional coach, including with Apple and her own private practice corporation. The scope of her work ranges from deep dive organizational needs assessments (with impact analysis) to workplace performance coaching (both personally and on the systemic level, with training and development). She holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and is a California certified Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) and New York certified License Master Social Worker (LMSW).

AL Anja LeTellier
As 4thGen's marketing lead, Anja spearheads strategic initiatives; collaborating with the team to craft and execute targeted marketing strategies. She is completing a BA in Political Science at the University of California Davis.
